Features of Sixto Single Color Offset Printing Machine:
1. Outstanding Durability: solid cast-iron board and base for perfect working during high speed printing, continuous spraying lubrication system is adopted by outboard gears, cams and bearings.
2. Sheet Delivery System: sheet delivery transfer bar for precise register; adopt double-sheet detection system; sheet delivery head is adjustable without shutdown.
3. Cylinder Unit: image is transferred perfectly from Master Cylinder to Blanket Cylinder via the contact between cylinder and bearer, special plate clamp device for easier installation and replacement of printing plate.
4. Open & Close NP Unit (Optional): can be opened and closed on your printing requests; is able to print sequent different numbers or the same numbers.
5. Resin Letterpress Printing: 8 ink rollers, 2 ink form rollers for good inking impact.
6. Perforation Unit: 4 units of perforation wheels can print at the same time for vertical perforation lines; the position of the idler wheel is adjustable.
